Edward Arthur Westneat 

Edward Arthur Westneat was the youngest child of Thomas Arthur Westneat and Annie Moore Westneat.  He  was born in 1891 and died 1969.   He married Harriet V. Delaney in 1927. Thomas and Harriet had one child, Donald Thomas Arthur Westneat
